Question assignment determines who can answer questions in a form. The feature is available only to users with the Owner role.

Open Question assignment. The form list has the Form template name, Form type, Forms, and Actions columns. Use the action for the form you want to configure.

In the selected form, tick the question groups or individual questions whose assignment you want to change. A bulk-action bar appears after selection.

On the bulk-action bar, select Set assignment… and choose the required assignment. This choice is saved directly for the selected groups or questions; there is no separate save button for this step.

To assign specific entities or users, select Assign users…. In the Assign entities drawer, choose the entities and, when needed, the users. Select Save to persist the changes. Cancel closes the drawer without saving.

If export or import controls are available for the selected form, use them according to your internal process. They are not required for normal question assignment.
