Where to start?
To start data gathering for ESRS report, open CSRD hub and click on ESRS tile.
Here you will see the ESRS questionnaire with all questions assigned to your user. ESRS form consists of 2 parts CO2 and ESRS. At the start of the form, you can decide to either include or exclude CO2 calculation.
You can see which question section relates to which area when the questions are grouped together.
The form is automatically saved, so don't worry you will not lose any of your submitted data.
Completing data gathering
If you have the owner role you will also be able to submit the data and finalize the reporting By clicking on "Finish"
Here you will have to choose from 3 options:
Calculate
Calculate & create reports
Calculate & create reports & consolidate
Calculate - this action will only run a new calculation and populate the dashboards
Calculate & create reports - In this case additionally, the reports will be created and you will be able to find them in the Hub Reports section
Calculate & create reports & consolidate - In case your entity has multi-layer company structure data consolidation will be run and consolidated reports will be created.
