There are two ways to do data collection:

  1. Collecting data through CO2 Form

  2. Form data upload through .csv

Collecting data through co2 form

CO2 Form can be opened by clicking "Start"

Complete the following fields, and use the information pop-up if more clarification is needed.

The form is automatically saved so do not worry about losing any of your submitted data!

Form data upload through .csv

A way to populate the form via just a few clicks is to use the csv upload function. Be aware however that this functionality will overwrite all existing inputs in the form.

Start by clicking on the 3 dots in the right-top corner of the form. Click on Export CSV

You will be informed about the limitations of this function. For example it does not support some input types like:

  • nights spent in hotels

  • waste

  • tables

  • file upload

Once you confirm a CVS file will be downloaded to your device.

You can open the file and fill in the values and save it back to CSV format. Now you can go back to the right-top corner and press on import CSV.

You will be once again informed about the possible data loss via overwrite and the limitations.

Once you confirm you will see the new values in the form. You can now go ahead and fill in any of the inputs that were not part of the import.
