Setting up organization structure

The organization structure defines which entities are maintained for your company and how they appear in the organization chart. Only users with the Owner or Manager role can manage this area.

Open Entities

Open Organization – Entities. The page has the Users, Entities, Organization chart, and Settings tabs. On Entities, review the list in the Name, Type, and Actions columns. Use the action on an entity to open it for editing.

Add or edit an entity

To add an entity and check its place in the structure, open Organization – Organization chart and select Add company.

In the dialog, enter the required details: name, company identifier, entity type, and currency. The selected entity type can require additional details. Confirm creation or saving in the dialog.

Check the result

After the dialog closes, the organization chart is refreshed. Check the new or updated entity on the Entities tab as well. Open it from that list whenever you need to edit it again.
