What are User roles & Permissions?
When adding a new user on Green0meter platform you are able to define what role they will have. The role will define a set of permissions they will have, so it is important to choose the role wisely.
What User roles are there?
Owner 👩🔬
This is a full access role and could be suitable to the following people in your company: the top management, ESG experts. Owners are users who:
have good understanding of methodology &ESG topics
are qualified to review answers provided by other users
have authority to validate & submit reports
analyze & review the calculation results
can download reports
Manager 🧑🌾
This is a limited access user role and it could be suitable for following people in your company: top & middle management. In essence this role is similar to owner, but limited to certain parts of data collection process. Managers are users who:
are in charge of organizational structure, user management & question assignment
are not qualified to submit reports
analyze & review the results
who can download reports
Respondent 👨🎤
This is a limited access user role and it could be suitable for any employee in your organization who is inly required to answer specific questions. Respondents are users who:
need to answer only specific questions that are assigned to them
are not qualified to submit reports
analyze & review the results
Viewer 👸
This is a limited access user role and it could be suitable for following employees in your company: upper & middle management, marketing managers, analysts. Viewers are users who:
do not provide input in the data gathering
are only interested in the calculation results after data is gathered
