Settings

Company Settings is where you define your organization's compliance profile in Regumeter. It is the foundation for Scanner, Radar, Aid, and Chat — the data you enter here drives regulatory impact analysis, document checklist evaluation, and AI assistant responses.

The setup runs as a five-step wizard. You can complete it on first use or return anytime from Scanner via Company Settings.

Basic Information — Industry, primary language, company size, and number of employees. You also provide a company description used by AI to assess regulatory relevance, manage internal departments (add manually or import), and optionally fine-tune advanced settings such as re-running regulatory impact analysis or customizing the AI system prompt.

Geography — Regions where your company operates (EU, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other global regions). This scopes which regulations Radar prioritizes for your organization.

Stakeholders — Types of suppliers and customers you work with (e.g. B2B, B2C, government, technology vendors). This helps Regumeter understand your business context and compliance exposure.

Regulators & Associations — Regulatory bodies that oversee your operations and industry associations you belong to. Radar uses this to focus monitoring on the authorities most relevant to you.

Document Requirements — Required internal document types, acceptance criteria, and rejection rules (no-go reasons and fallbacks). You can attach example documents and set confidence thresholds so Scanner evaluates uploads against your organization's standards.

Once saved, the profile is used across all Regumeter modules. Updating company description or regulatory scope can trigger a re-analysis of existing regulatory documents in Radar.
