Aid

Aid is the employee compliance intake module. Employees send questions or documents to a dedicated company Aid email address; each submission creates a tracked request in the platform. Attached files are stored in Scanner and analyzed automatically using the same AI engine and document-type detection as manual uploads.

Compliance teams review requests in a centralized table filtered by status (Pending, Completed, Failed, Archived), with metrics for volume and turnaround. Each request shows the sender, subject, attached document, and correctness analysis results (pass/fail per checklist item). Team members resolve requests by adding resolution notes; resolved items move to Completed status. Requests that are no longer active can be archived.

The Aid email address is configured during company setup and displayed prominently in the module.
