Can I do data collection for 2 years at the same time?
Currently platform does not support data collection for several years simultaneously. Once you have submitted the data for one year you can change the value in the year field and start data collection for the next year.
What do I see when I look at pervious submissions?
Previous submissions can be accessed via the three dots at the top right corner of the form.
Previous submissions show you the latest submission that has been done for the specific year. You will see up to 5 years that you have submitted data for. The previous submissions are view only and cannot be edited in the form view.
Can I use import/export function to work on different years?
Yes! Once you have finalized data collection and submitted data for a specific year you can use "Export CSV" feature and save this excel file with values you have entered for this year. If you later want to come back to this year's data you can import this .csv file, change the data in input fields and do the submission again. Bear in mind that this feature currently does not support all input types and on import will override all existing values.
